Routine Cleaning
Maintain your ring’s natural sparkle by gently cleaning it on a regular basis. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface, and occasionally clean the diamond and setting with lukewarm water, mild liquid soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove buildup from delicate areas.
Avoid Exposure to Chemicals
Keep your jewelry away from harsh substances such as perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, detergents, and household cleaning products. These materials can create residue on the diamond and affect its shine. In case of accidental exposure, rinse the jewelry thoroughly with clean water.
Remove During Physical Activities
We recommend removing your ring before engaging in activities such as exercising, swimming, showering, cooking, or household chores. Sudden impact may loosen the stone setting, while chlorine and other chemicals may damage the metal over time.
Safe Storage
When not in use, store your jewelry in a soft-lined jewelry box or individual pouch. Diamonds are extremely hard and may scratch other jewelry items if stored together.

Complimentary Annual Cleaning
Customers are entitled to one complimentary professional cleaning service per year. Simply connect to our ANAVREE customer care, and the cleaning process will typically be completed within a couple of weeks.
Remote Cleaning Assistance
For customers located outside our service areas, we can arrange secure pick-up and delivery services. Shipping charges are applicable at actual cost and are estimated at approximately ₹1,000 per shipment each way.
Important Service Guidelines
Ring Resizing
We offer complimentary resizing for single solitaire ring designs, limited to a maximum adjustment of one full size up or down.
Stone Resetting
If a mounted stone becomes loose or displaced, ANAVREE will reset the stone free of charge. Please note that lost diamonds or gemstones are not covered under this service.
Service Validity
Complimentary maintenance services become void if the jewelry has been altered, repaired, or serviced by any third-party jeweler outside of ANAVREE.
