SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

For gold jewellery, prices displayed are based on average product weight. Actual weight variations may result in minor additional charges or refunds, which will be communicated within 48 hours of order placement.
SECTION 5 - ORDERS & BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
If an order is cancelled or modified, we may attempt to notify you through the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders suspected to be fraudulent, commercial resale orders, or bulk purchases may be restricted or cancelled.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
SECTION 16 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Personalized and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
- Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 9999 within India.
- International shipping charges may apply separately.
- Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once shipped.
- Orders containing multiple categories of products may be shipped separately.
Delivery Delays
ANAVREE shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 17 - RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unworn jewellery products.
The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
- Personalized jewellery
- Gold coins
- God idols
- Made-to-order products
Products must be returned with:
- Original invoice
- Original packaging
- All certificates (including IGI/SGL certificates, where applicable)
ANAVREE reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued strictly based on the original invoice value.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product inspection.
- Exchange requests under the 15-day policy are allowed only once per order.
- Replacement products will be dispatched after the original product is received.
Reverse Pickup
Customers are requested to remain available for reverse pickup coordination.
If a location is not reverse-serviceable, customers may be asked to self-ship the item. Shipping reimbursement up to Rs. 70 may be provided.
Missing or Empty Parcel Claims
Claims for missing products or empty parcels must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete 360degree unpacking video will be required for claim verification.
SECTION 18 - GOLD & LAB-GROWN DIAMOND POLICIES
Lifetime Exchange (LTE)
ANAVREE offers Lifetime Exchange on eligible gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
Exchange Value Calculation
Exchange value will be based on:
- The prevailing gold market rate is adjusted for purity.
- Diamond value calculated at 80% of invoice value or prevailing value (whichever is higher), subject to product condition.
The following will be deducted:
- Making charges
- Taxes
- Certification charges
- Discounts or promotional benefits
- 7% processing fee
Exchange value is issued as ANAVREE Wallet credit only.
Lifetime Buyback (LTB)
Eligible products may be returned under the Lifetime Buyback Policy.
Buyback Value Calculation
Buyback value will be based on:
- The prevailing gold market value is adjusted for purity.
- 80% of the invoice or prevailing diamond value (whichever is higher), subject to condition.
The following deductions apply:
- Making charges
- Taxes
- Certification charges
- Discounts or promotional benefits
- 15% processing fee
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Eligibility Conditions
To avail LTE or LTB:
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Original certificates must be submitted.
- Products repaired or altered by third parties are not eligible.
- Coins are excluded.
ANAVREE reserves the right to reject products that are heavily damaged or incomplete.
SECTION 19 - WARRANTY
All eligible gold jewellery products come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or surface damage
- Damage due to mishandling or accidents
- Lost stones caused by misuse
- Third-party modifications or repairs
ANAVREE may repair or replace eligible products at its discretion.
SECTION 20 - MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) PRODUCTS
Cancellation
Made-to-order products may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, applicable making charges may be deducted from refunds.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard MTO orders: Approximately 21 days
- Custom design MTO orders: Approximately 28 days
Returns
MTO products are not eligible for 15-day returns.
However, they remain partially eligible depending on design and the number of units for Lifetime Exchange and are eligible for Lifetime Buyback.
SECTION 21 - SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
21.1 Shipping
Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If an order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, they may be shipped separately.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹5999. International orders and return shipments are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS once the order has been dispatched.
Partial Deliveries:
Orders containing Gold Jewellery or personalised products may be delivered in multiple shipments.
21.2 Returns & Refunds
15-Day Return Policy:
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for unused and unworn products.
The 15-day return policy does not apply to:
- Personalised jewellery
- Gold coins
- God idols
Returns for the above categories will only be accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
ANAVREE reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.
Missing Items in Returns:
If multiple items were claimed to be returned but not all items are received, ANAVREE reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s), including promotional items, free gifts, or gold coins.
21.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be processed strictly based on the original invoice value paid at the time of purchase. Current market prices or price fluctuations will not be considered.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking partner.
21.4 Replacement & Exchange
Customers may request a replacement or exchange, subject to the same eligibility conditions applicable to returns.
Replacement products will be dispatched only after the original item has been successfully picked up or received by our warehouse.
21.5 Return Process
Return requests may be initiated through the ANAVREE website or by contacting Customer Support.
Customers are requested to remain available during reverse pickup and respond to courier partner communications. Failed pickup attempts due to customer unavailability may require the return process to be restarted.
Some PIN codes may not support reverse pickup services. In such cases:
- Customers may be requested to ship the product through an alternate courier service such as India Post.
- ANAVREE will reimburse return shipping charges up to ₹70.
- Any amount exceeding ₹70 may be adjusted against the refund amount.
For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product to the designated warehouse address.
21.6 Empty Parcel or Missing Product Claims
If a customer receives an empty parcel or discovers missing items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete 360-degree unpacking video may be required for claim verification.
Claims may be rejected in cases involving:
- Insufficient evidence
- Missing unpacking video
- Visible package tampering
- Delayed reporting
ANAVREE reserves the right to make the final decision regarding such claims.
SECTION 22 - ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GOLD JEWELLERY
22.1 Lifetime Buyback Policy
ANAVREE offers a Lifetime Buyback Policy on eligible Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) jewellery.
The buyback value includes:
- Gold valuation based on prevailing market rates adjusted to purity
- Up to 80% value of the diamond component
The following deductions will apply:
- GST
- Certification charges
- Applicable taxes
- A 15% processing deduction on the final buyback amount
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
22.2 Lifetime Exchange Policy
Eligible Gold & LGD jewellery may be exchanged for ANAVREE Wallet credit.
Exchange valuation includes:
- Gold value based on prevailing market rates
- Up to 100% value of the diamond component
Applicable deductions include:
- GST
- Certification charges
- Taxes
- A 15% processing deduction
Wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used on the ANAVREE website.
22.3 Diamond Value Protection
For Lifetime Exchange (LTE) and Lifetime Buyback (LTB), diamond valuation will be calculated based on whichever is higher:
- Original invoice value, or
- Prevailing market value
Any discounts availed during purchase may be adjusted before valuation.
22.4 Gold Jewellery Return & Exchange Window
Gold jewellery is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection and eligibility conditions.
Refunds or credits may be adjusted in cases involving:
- Damage
- Missing stones
- Missing certificates
- Packaging deficiencies
- Signs of alteration or misuse
ANAVREE reserves the right to reject heavily damaged items.
22.5 Product Weight & Pricing Variation
Product pricing displayed on the website is based on estimated weight.
Actual product weight may vary slightly, which may result in:
- Additional payment requests, or
- Partial refunds
Any variation will be communicated before the delivery of the order.
A variation of up to 5% in product weight, dimensions, or colour may occur.
22.6 Refund Timeline for Gold Jewellery
Refunds for approved gold jewellery returns, exchanges, or buybacks are generally processed within 7-10 working days after the product is received and verified.
22.7 Mandatory Documents
To claim any return, exchange, warranty, buyback, or other after-sales benefit, customers must provide:
- Original invoice (soft or hard copy)
- Original IGI/SGL or authenticity certificates
Failure to provide the required documents may result in rejection of the request.
A ₹500 deduction may apply if a physical certificate is missing.
22.8 Eligibility Restrictions
Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime Buyback policies apply only to ANAVREE jewellery purchased through the official ANAVREE website.
Jewellery from other brands will not be accepted under these policies.
Gold coins are excluded from:
- 15-day returns
- Warranty
- Lifetime exchange
- Lifetime buyback
22.9 Warranty Policy
ANAVREE provides a limited 6-month warranty on eligible gold and diamond jewellery against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or finish fading
- Stone loss
- Damage due to mishandling, negligence, impact, tampering, or accidents
ANAVREE may repair or replace eligible products at its discretion.
22.10 Lifetime Plating Service
ANAVREE offers complimentary plating service on eligible jewellery for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
The service applies only to products purchased through the official ANAVREE website.
22.11 COD & Payment Adjustments
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to pay the full invoice amount upfront.
In cases of excess or short collection caused by final weight adjustments:
- Excess payments will be refunded, or
- Pending balances may be collected after delivery
The invoice weight shall be treated as final.
22.12 Product Inspection & Damage Assessment
Returned products are subject to inspection before approval of:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Buybacks
- Warranty claims
In cases involving damage or missing components, the final settlement value may be reduced accordingly.
22.13 Offer Applicability
Offers and discounts on gold jewellery may apply only to selected diamond-studded gold jewellery products unless otherwise specified.
22.14 Governing Terms
In case of any conflict, ambiguity, or interpretation issue, the terms and conditions published on the official ANAVREE website shall prevail.
Program Governance
–Right to Change: ANAVREE reserves the right to change or discontinue any offer or the entire ANAVREE Crown Program at its sole discretion, without any prior notice to the user.
–Disqualification: ANAVREE reserves the right to disqualify any user who:
-Does not meet the offer requirements.
-Engages in misuse, fraud, or suspicious activities.
Order Cancellation
Eligibility:
-Order cancellations are allowed for all normal online jewellery orders. The order may be cancelled anytime after order placement but prior to order delivery. Here are the acceptable timelines:
–Normal jewellery or coin orders – cancellation allowed anytime
–MTO/Custom orders – cancellations allowed only for 24 hours from order placement. If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, the making charges will be deducted from the order. In case a 0-making charge offer is being run, the deduction will be made regardless of the offer at the prevailing making charge of the product. Custom/B2B orders cannot be cancelled once production has been started, and any cancellations will to the extent of making charge. If an order remains ready and uncollected at the store for a period exceeding 60 days from the date of the order, the Brand reserves the right to cancel the order without prior communication and recover applicable making charges. In cases where the order was placed with zero making charges, an equivalent amount may be deducted. The determination of the applicable making charges in such circumstances shall be at the sole discretion of the Brand ANAVREE.
Exclusions:
As described above, MTO and custom orders are not cancellable beyond 24 hours. The reason for this is that we have to purchase the metal and start the making process, which typically happens within 24 hours. If an order is not cancelled within this time frame, we incur the above costs.
Extent of refund:
Please note that if any order is cancelled by the customer or otherwise, the refund will be given strictly as per the purchase price, and under no circumstances can it be more than the amount paid by the customer. Please note that refunds are done to the original payment method. In case of COD, refunds may be done by cash or by transferring to a bank account after KYC. Any payments made using a wallet may only be refunded to the customer’s wallet and cannot be refunded back in cash or to a bank account. Promo coins will be refunded to the original source.
15-day return/exchange
Eligibility:
Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with all accompanying documentation (including SGL/IGI certificate). This policy does not apply to engraved/personalized items or gold coins. If the SGL certificate is not returned, there will be a deduction of Rs 500 (inclusive of GST) if a physical certificate has been issued.
Please Note: 15 Day Exchanges can happen only once against one order.
Exclusions:
Products showing signs of wear and tear, having been resized or altered (especially by a jeweller other than ANAVREE), or damaged due to mishandling (e.g., bent, scratched, broken by an external force) are not eligible under the 15-day return/exchange policy. Coins and Made to Order products are not covered under the 15-day returns, and nose pins (even normal orders) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons, however LTE/LTB is applicable on both these categories. Promo coins are not a part of LTE/LTB and will be added to the promo wallet in case of returns/refunds.
Extent of refund:
If a product is returned within 15 days, a 100% refund will be given against the invoice. Any changes in gold price, diamond price, and making charges are not covered in this, and the refund will be limited to the amount paid by the customer, assuming the conditions listed in the Eligibility section are met.
If a product returned is damaged (due to mishandling by the customer), the below apply:
Free repair: In such cases, the customer may be entitled to basic repairs such as chain soldering, fixing the diamond in the product, fixing the product clasp, cleaning the product, etc. Replacing a lost stone (lost due to mishandling) will cost an amount equal to the value of the stone. If the customer insists on a refund, in such a case, the value will be limited to the value of the product minus the lost stone.
Replacement: In case the product is damaged beyond repair (due to a manufacturing issue), a replacement of the same design may be offered to the customer. The replacement shall be offered at the same gold price as on the day of the original order. However, any deviation in price occurring due to a difference in the weight of the replacement product shall be additionally charged/refunded to the customer.
–Alternate product or refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, the customer may choose another product of equal or higher value (the customer will have to pay for the difference). If that too is declined, a refund will be issued under the LTB 1-year Warranty
All Gold products (except coins) are eligible for a 1-year warranty. Should any defect arise in the product on account of a proven and documented manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement to the customer. The replacement shall either be a repair or a replacement. In case it’s a repair, it will be done free of cost by the brand. In case a replacement is offered for the same SKU, any difference in value will be borne by the brand. In case the replacement product is lighter/lower in value than the original product, a refund of the difference amount will be given to the customer (either based on original value or LTE value, whichever is higher).
Eligibility:
The policy is applicable to all products, except coins.
Exclusions:
-Coins are excluded from warranty.
-Damage due to wear and tear, accidents, or third-party modifications is not covered.
-Everyday issues like scratched surfaces or lost stones due to misuse are not included
-Other repairs (e.g., clasp or setting fixes) are handled on a case-by-case basis, with pricing determined after inspection. Please note: Broken rings cannot be repaired as it will require recreation of the ring. If the customer is willing to pay for making charges, we can get it repaired.
Exceptions:
In case a product is out of manufacturing and we are unable to repair the same, with the approval of the category team, we may initiate a wallet refund (strictly not a cash refund) to the customer.
Extent of refund:
Refunds are not allowed in case of warranty products. In exceptional cases, if we end up doing a wallet refund, this will be to the extent of the LTE value/original of the product, whichever is higher..
Lifetime Exchange
Lifetime Exchange or LTE allows a customer to return a Gold product against a credit that can be used in the purchase of another product. Please note that there are strictly no cash refunds allowed here.
Eligibility:
This policy is eligible only for items purchased from ANAVREE. The item as well as the original invoice and certificate of authenticity, must be provided for the exchange to be processed. This policy applies to all non-coin purchases, including:
-Made-to-order products
-Items previously exchanged under the 15-day exchange policy
-Orders purchased using Lifetime Exchange Credit
Damaged items are also eligible for LTE. Please note that LTE only applies once 15 days have passed from the purchase date.
Exclusions:
This policy does not apply to coins.
Items altered or repaired by third parties will not be accepted under this policy.
Exceptions:
LTE may be applied in less than 15 days if a product has been damaged or if part of it has been lost/broken after adjustment of loss in metal/LGD/other components.
Additionally, LTB may also be applied to MTO products in less than 15 days.
Extent of refund:
While no cash/bank account refunds are eligible against LTE, the credit given against an LTE is calculated based on internal policy. Please note that this policy is subject to change from time to time, dependent on management discretion. Please also note that damaged products may be eligible for LTE, subject to the weight/quantity of the item returned back to us. The calculation methodology of LTE is as below:
– Gold:
Buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of gold (of the same purity) on the date of buyback. Stone/bead/silicon weight (if any) will be excluded from the gold valuation.
Exchange Process
-Initiate a request via the ANAVREE support team or visit an ANAVREE customer care.
-Submit the item with original documents for inspection.
-ANAVREE’s team will evaluate the product and share the exchange value.
-Once approved, the credited amount will be added to your ANAVREE Wallet.
-Use this credit to purchase a new ANAVREE product of equal or higher value by paying the difference (if any).
Important Notes
-All Lifetime Exchange Credits will be issued only to the ANAVREE Wallet. ANAVREE promo coins may be deducted in such cases
-Wallet credit is non-transferable and can be used exclusively for purchases on ANAVREE.
-In case a physical certificate was issued with the order, and the customer has misplaced it, a deduction of Rs 500 will apply.
-ANAVREE reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the required quality standards
Offers on Products Purchased with LTE Credit:
Items bought using Lifetime Exchange (LTE) Credit are not eligible for return or exchange under the 15-Day Policy. However, they remain eligible under ANAVREE’s Lifetime Exchange Policy.
If the product’s physical attributes differ, the company reserves the right to reduce from the final payout. If the product is found to be damaged, the evaluation and estimated pricing will be provided within 2 working days.
Lifetime Buyback
Lifetime Buyback or LTB allows a customer to return a Gold product against cash/bank refund, which can be used in the purchase of another product. Promo coins will not be refunded in the lifetime buyback
Eligibility:
This policy is eligible only for items purchased from ANAVREE. The item as well as the original invoice and certificate of authenticity, must be provided for the exchange to be processed. This policy applies to all non-coin purchases, including:
-Made-to-order products
-Items previously exchanged under the 15-day exchange policy
-Orders purchased using Lifetime Exchange Credit
Damaged items are also eligible for LTB. Please note that LTB only applies once 15 days have passed from the purchase date.
Exclusions:
-This policy does not apply to coins.
-Items altered or repaired by third parties will not be accepted under this policy.
Exceptions:
-LTB may be applied in less than 15 days if a product has been damaged or if part of it has been lost/broken.
-Additionally, LTB may also be applied to MTO products in less than 15 days.
Extent of refund:
While no cash/bank account refunds are eligible against LTB, the credit given against an LTB is calculated based on internal policy. Please note that this policy is subject to change from time to time, dependent on management discretion. Please also note that damaged products may be eligible for LTB, subject to the weight/quantity of the item returned back to us. The calculation methodology of LTB is as below:
Gold:
Buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of gold (of the same purity) on the date of buyback. Stone/bead/silicon weight (if any) will be excluded from the gold valuation.
Jewellery repair
Jewellery repair service is meant to help customers repair products that may have been damaged over time due to wear and tear or otherwise due to any impact. This is a paid service and may be availed at any of our stores.
Eligibility:
Only ANAVREE products are eligible for repair. We do not, at this time, repair products purchased from any other brands.
Please note that, depending on the type of damage, we may or may not be able to repair a particular piece. This can only be confirmed post-assessment from our factory.
Exclusions:
Jewellery repair is a new service, and we will only be able to confirm if we can repair a piece post inspection. In case we cannot repair it, the customer will not be charged.

Policies relating to MTO orders
While MTO orders are covered above in Eligibility Exclusions and Exceptions, we will still highlight some policies wrt to MTO orders.
–Cancellation: MTO orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Since we have to buy metal and also start the manufacturing process, if we start this process once, we have to face a loss. If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, we reserve the right to deduct the making charge from the refund. Please note that even if a 0-making charge offer is running, we reserve the right to reduce the original pre-discount making charge value in this case.
–Delivery time: Typical delivery time for normal MTO orders is 21 calendar days. However, our attempt is to deliver these in about 17-18 days. In case of any delay for up to a week, we request the store team to apologize and communicate to the customers that the order is taking some more time. In any case, we will be able to deliver the item within 28 days.
For MTO orders where the customers offer their own design, the timeline is 28 days.
–15-day Returns: MTO orders are made exactly as per the customer’s requirements, so these are not eligible for 15-day returns. If a customer intends to return a product within 15 days, the only way to accept it is via LTE or LTB.
–1-year warranty: This is applicable to MTO products. Policy remains the same as highlighted in the warranty section in this document.
–LTE/LTB: This is also applicable to MTO products. Policy remains the same as highlighted in the warranty section in this document.
–Delays in MTO delivery: For MTO orders on existing ANAVREE products, we have a 21-day timeline. For MTO orders on custom designs, we have a 28-day timeline. For delays of up to a week, we would request the store teams to attempt to convince customers not to cancel the order. For very adamant customers, we can offer some remedies with the approval of the management, retail head/category team. For delays beyond a week, we still request store staff to convince the customer to keep the order with some remedial offers/discounts with requisite approvals, but in such cases, the customers are entitled to receive a full refund, in case they do not agree with the remedy offered by us.
