Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.
However, the 15-day return policy is not applicable to personalised jewellery, coins, and God idols, except in cases involving defective or incorrect products.
ANAVREE reserves the right to process refunds only after inspecting the returned products.
Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in case of returns.
In cases involving missing items in return shipments where multiple items are claimed to be returned but not all items are received during pickup, ANAVREE reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This also applies to promotional products, including free gifts and silver coins.
Refund Policy
If you request a return, the refund will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed strictly based on the original purchase price mentioned on the invoice at the time of purchase. Current market prices, discounts, or price fluctuations will not be considered during refund processing.
Replacement & Exchange
Customers may also request a replacement or exchange, subject to the same conditions applicable to returns.
Replacement products will only be shipped after the original product has been picked up or delivered back to the warehouse.
Return Process
You can initiate a return request directly through our website. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Once a return request has been booked, customers are requested to remain available for reverse pickup and respond to calls from the courier partner. Failure to answer calls or unavailability during pickup may result in cancellation of the reverse pickup request by the courier partner. In such cases, the return process will need to be initiated again, which may increase the overall processing timeline.
Please note that while most pin codes support both forward and reverse logistics, certain locations may only support forward delivery. In such cases, ANAVREE may request customers to return the product using an alternate courier service such as India Post.
Reasonable return shipping costs up to Rs. 70 will be reimbursed. Any charges exceeding Rs. 70, including shipping fees, duties, taxes, or additional courier costs, may be adjusted against the refund amount.
For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for shipping the jewellery back to our warehouse. A reimbursement of Rs. 70 towards shipping costs will be added to the refund.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a shipment with missing products, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers will be required to provide a complete 360-degree unboxing video for further investigation and claim processing.
Claims may not be accepted in cases where:
- Sufficient evidence is not provided.
- The packaging appears tampered with,
- or verification requirements are not met.
In all such cases, ANAVREE reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the claim.
